Silver Tounge

I have spent some more time with the camera and Photoshop to create the pictures for the products page. Here is the silver version of the tremolo. Note that it is possible to use silver knobs of course.

And here are some of the color choices. Aside from black and silver, they are available at a small extra cost.

  1. They look amazing! Job well done! Earlier you said they are Floyd Rose drop-in replacements. Does that still apply? String spacing, string height? It would be interesting to have a picture showing Floyd and the Standberg next to eachother.
Never the less, I can’t wait to get my hands one one of these.

  2. Hi Alex,
it is compatible with a Floyd-Rose cavity and the original mounting posts, for a replacement in minutes. I will e-mail you a picture separately until I can make a better job of depicting it. String spacing is the same as my F-R (10,5 mm) but the minimum string height is a couple of mm higher, so you do need to either tilt the neck slightly or lower the mounting posts.

  3. Hello Ola and happy new year. Your tremolo is only for Floyd Rose drop-in replacements or for normal Stratocaster tremolos to?

  4. Hi Anestis,
It can be used in a Stratocaster slot as well. It uses the same post spacing as a Floyd-Rose, and has the same measurements to the spring block, etc., so it will work fine. You do have to drill the holes for the new mounting posts.

    Cheers,
    Ola
